TravelSIMのSIMcard replacement

破損・紛失したSIMカードを１０ユーロで復活出来るサービスTravelSim Card ReplacementがTravelSIMにできた。注文のコメント欄に旧番号を書いて置くのだそうだ。一枚、使えなくなったSIMがあったので試してみた。

最初、支払いをカードでやったのだがエラーになる。サポートに以下のようなメールを出した。

Dear Sir;
I have tried to order by a credit card a "Travelsim card replacement",
but failed to see an error message
"Unfortunately your order cannot be processed as an error has occurred. Please attempt your purchase again or contact our support team: support@travelsim.com PLACE YOUR ORDER."

で、「あんたの質問メール受け付けたよ」と言うメールがすぐに来た。
