Swisscomに連絡を取ったが、、、

SIMが認識されなくなったので、ログインも出来ないのだが、Swisscomの「Contact form」で連絡を取って見た。住所と現地電話番号は、良く行っているフィリゲンの場所を適当に入れた。
最初、番号がおかしいとかエラーが出ていたのだが、何回かOKを押すと送信され、数分で返事が来た：

Dear Sir;

I am living in Japan.
My SIM has suddenly been unrecognized by Japanese carrier.
It worked correctly 2 or 3 months ago.
Would you kindly tell me whether or not my sim was abandoned by some reasons ?
If so please tell me the reason.
