と言うメールが来て、そのピンで再ログインし、My Profileでパスワードを設定し直したら今度はうまく行った。パスワード設定画面が消えて、My Profile画面に戻る。しばらくするとメール通知が来る(タイトルTravelSim password restore!、日付5/5, 17:00)：
Your password was changed. New password is xxxxNLaaaaaaaa

このメールのちょっと前に「CTS. Ticket #00175084 closed」と言う、スレッド閉じたメールが来た。一応、お礼を言っておこう。
△このCTSと言う「やり取りの記録システム」が面白い。汎用なのだろうか。
