表題通り。ユーザープロファイルに入るのは、HOME画面で右側のメールアドレスをクリック。すると、Login informationとかその他のメニューが出るのでChangeをクリックすると、新旧パスワード入力になる。
旧パスワードをデタラメに入れるとエラーが出るので、システムが動いていないわけではないが、ともかく、5月1日現在、PINを変更できない。
仕方が無いのでユーザーサポートにメールを出した。

I cannot change my password in the web site "my profile". Though I access http://www.travelsim.com/account/user/index and input old and new passwords, nothing happns.
Note that I have written my old password correctly, otherwise the site shows error sign appears.

数分後、タイトル「CTS. New account created」の自動送信メールが来た。一瞬、アカウントごと作り変えられたか！と心配したけれど、そうではなく、「サポートのやり取りのアカウント」であった。
