SMSでコードを受け取ってそれを入力すると、初めてのログイン（実際は何年間も
使っている）なので、住所を入れろと言って来て、仕事先の住所を入れると
エラーになる。

I am Japanese, and I had bought SIM card at the Swisscom shop
at Brugg AG, July 2013.
I found this SIM quite useful, when I visit Switzherland or neighbouring
nations by business.
But it was from yesterday, I cannot login the system by Natel.
When I enter the SMS code sent to my mobile phone, the system required
me to enter the address.
I tried to enter my business place at Switzerland, that is, "Vxxxxxx Pzz",
but in vain. It was rejected.How can I login to the system in order to top up my SIM ?
